A good rub is the secret weapon of every BBQ chef. With the Porkys Rub you’ll amaze everyone with your BBQ skills. The dill, mustard and paprika give the rub a unique flavour like you’ve never tasted it before. The dried rub for pork is composed in such a way that you can immediately get to work and you don’t have to add anything. And what about the sauces? We dare say that you no longer need them!
PORK DRIED RUB
Rub a well oiled piece of meat with the rub mix. BBQ or grill until the inside is just pink. That is 65 degrees Celsius on your meat thermometer. Remove from the grill and cover loosely with foil. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Tip from Natural Spices: The flavour is even more enhanced when you marinate the meat with the rub one hour in advance so that the meat can absorb the flavour.
