With Vis-a-Vis spices you can turn a simple piece of fish into a culinary masterpiece within a few minutes. The mix contains a selected blend, in which the lemon and pepper balance each other. The lemon gives a fresh acid note and the pepper, on the other hand, provides some sharpness. The garlic, ginger, tarragon and rosemary support this and give a twist to the taste of fish.
